When the going gets tough our customers work on Swamp Mats, helping them move their equipment around on wet greasy ground, commonly referred to as “Loon Sh*t”! This customer is working in the Still Creek area of Burnaby, BC. The ground in this area is very soft for the first 60 feet. This is being dug out of the foundation hole and then 60′ cement piles are being driven down to hard-pan. A 38 storey tower is being constructed above ground.

This is a very challenging site. Generally speaking, in the Vancouver area, the best ground has already been fully developed; now the more challenging ground sites are left. All machinery on this site are supported by Industrial Timber Products Swamp Mats. Without them the equipment would sink out of sight!
